Refund policy

Due to the time and labor it takes for each piece to be made, returns will not be available.

We are not responsible for any damage during the shipping process. 

If you are unsatisfied with the piece, you may contact us at our email or through our social media, and we may find a solution to remedy the unsatisfaction.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds only apply case by case. 

Due to the labor and material cost of burning the panels, only 30% of the purchased price can be refunded.

For charms and spoons, the same policy applies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Items are unfortunately non-returnable.


Refunds
We will notify you once I've received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
